Procedure1:

The water to be dealed with enter into the body,the impurity in the water deposite in the stainless steel screen,results in pressure difference.

The motor drives the brush rotation,and to clean the filter element,at the same time, control valve open for drainage.

7.Product maintenance

(1).The core part of Precision filter is filter element which composited by special material and belongs to damagable parts,need special protection.

(2). When the precision filter work after period of time, filter element block a load of a certain amount of impurity,when pressure increases, the velocity will decline,need to clean the impurities in the filter also the filter element.

(3).Pay special attention to the precision filter element when removing the impurities,and may not deformate or damage,otherwise,the filter purity can't meet the design demand.

(4).Some precision filter element can't be used for many times,such as bag filter, polypropylene filter, etc

(5).Should replace the filter element if it deformates or damages.

8.Selection principle(1).enter and exit size

In principle, filter enter and exit size should be not less than the pump imported size,generally consistent to enter pipeline diameter.

  Determine filter pressure rating According to the highest pressure that the filtration line may appear.
