(1).installation

The reaction kettle should be installed in high pressure operation which in accordance with the explosion protection requirements.Should replace many sets of equipent separately,there is blast security wall between each two sets. Each operating room are due to has outdoor channel, should guarantee the equipment well ventilated When there is a explosive media.

(2).Please purchase and add the conduction oil(won't contain any water)according to the working temperature.Open the jacketed upper filler and oil level mouth when adding the oil,don't put filler screw die lest produce pressure after adding process.

(3).Body, still cover installation and sealThe the gasket or cone shoule be contact with he circular arc line and to make them fully pressed through tightening the main nut to achieve good sealing effect.It can be used for tens of thousands of times more if was properly operated.

(4).Should install the Valves, pressure gauge and relief valve through tighten the positive and negative nutto achieve good sealing effect.The sealing surface of the two connection should not rotated relatively, to all the screw connection parts in the assembly, shall be blotted out lubricant or oil mixed with graphite, lest bite dead.

(5).Passing a certain amount of nitrogen mainting 30 mins after installation to lest leak. please use soap suds to find line, nozzle leakage point and discharge off the gas and screw up if found to have leakage.

(6).Use the water to cool through cooling coil.Speed cool is banned, in case of excessive temperature stress, cause cooling coil, body produce crack.When the working temperature in the kettle is more than 100 °C, magnetic stirrer and water jacket between the still cover should pass cooling water, guarantee the water temperature less than 35 °C, in order to avoid magnetic steel demagnetization.

(7). After the reaction, first for cooling,then drain the gas in the kettle to outdoor through pipeline,make the kettle internal pressure drop to atmospheric pressure.It is strictly prohibited to take pressure remove,then loosen off Lord bolt, nut symmetrically,  then carefully take down still cover (or rising kettle cover) in support, should pay special attention to protect sealing surface in the cover discharging process.

(8).The cleaning inside the kettle

Use leaner (using leaner should pay attention to avoid subject material produces corrosion) to clear the body and residue of the sealing surface every time after operation.
